For a basic 8th standard public school in Rajasthan, India, the following certificates are generally required or beneficial:
Registration Certificate – Proof of recognition from the Department of Education, Rajasthan, ensuring the school is officially authorized to operate.
Affiliation Certificate – If the school is affiliated with RBSE (Rajasthan Board) , this certificate is mandatory.
FIT India Certificate – Issued by the Government of India, recognizing the school’s efforts in promoting physical fitness and health awareness.
School Recognition Certificate – Provided by the State Education Department, confirming that the school meets all the necessary infrastructure and academic standards.
RTE (Right to Education) Recognition – Certification ensuring compliance with RTE Act, 2009, allowing eligible students to receive free and compulsory education.
Fire Safety Certificate – Issued by the Fire Department, confirming that the school follows fire safety protocols.
Health & Sanitation Certificate – Provided by the local municipal authority, ensuring that the school maintains proper hygiene and sanitation facilities.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) – Issued by the State Government, required for affiliation with boards like CBSE.
